Below You can find the photos to guide You at the contruction of the model.
Among the several parts of this model, You can find two where You have to cut away the inside. This sections are highlighted by diagonal
green stripes and You can see them indicated in the photo above.
Cut and fold part A, then glue A1 and A2 as shown to shape this part. Do not close A now!
Cut, fold and glue A3 as show in the photos. Note that the colored part is in the inside.
Glue A3 to the inside of A to close the hole created from the previus cut to form an inset.
Now You can close part A
Cut H, fold and glue it to create the octagonal base of the pensieve.
Cut, fold and glue I to form an octagonal pyramid and glue it on H where indicated.
Create a cylinder using J1, J2 and J3 and glue it on I.
If You wish You can now glue the base made by H, I and J1-J3 to A as shown in the photos.
Cut and fold L and glue all the M parts as shown in the photos. Then close L to form an octagonal ring.
Cut and fold K1 to form the inside of the pensieve. Note that the colored part is in the inside. Then cut K2
and glue it to the bottom of K1.
Cut K3 and eliminate the inside indicated by the green stripes. Glue it on K1 and glue these two on L as shown.
Cut and fold G1 to form the outside of the pensieve. This time the colored part is outside. Then cut G2
and glue it to the bottom of G1. Insert this piece in the bottom part of the piece formed by K1-K3,
L and M so that the drawings on G1 can be seen between the arches of L.
Cut C3 and make a ring. Then cut C1 and C2 and glue them on C3.
Now glue C1 to G2 as shown in the photos.
Cut D3 and make a ring. Then cut D1 and D2 and glue them on D3.
Now glue D1 to C2 as shown in the photos.
In the same way make a ring using E1, E2 and E3 and glue it to D2.
Make now a truncated cone using F1, F2 and F3 and glue it to E2.
Cut B3 and make a ring. Glue B2 on it.
Make a new ring using B4 and glue to B3. Go on in the same way with B5, B6,
B7 and B8 as shown in the photos, to create an half sphere.
Cut B1 and glue it on B8. In the last page You printed there are other parts You can use instead of
B1. When the glue is completely dry You can insert this piece inside the pensieve as shown in the photos.
Cut and glue N1 and N2 as shown in the photos.
Do the same with O1 and O2 and glue it to N2.
Make a cylinder with Q1 and Q2 and another one with R1, R2 and R3 (this is not an extact cylinder).
Then glue R1 to Q2.
Make a cylinder with P1, P2 and P3 and glue it to Q2.
Cut and glue the five pieces marked S. Glue them to Q2 and P3 as shown in the photos.
Then glue the whole piece to O2.
Glue the result to L as You can see in the photos and repeat for all the parts N-S.
Note than L has not all the sides with drawings. You should not glue the last pieces to these sides.
Now glue L to A keeping pieces N-S outside and fitting the two opposites in the inset
as shown in the photos.
Now Your pensieve is finished!
